Romai's angle head is a highly original and specially manufactured angle head that achieves high rigidity, high torque, and high speed rotation. We also respond to requests for special specifications to suit any processing content.
■Product features
We manufacture angle heads that are compatible with machining centers, dedicated machines, and ATC, and are compatible with any processing/specs. Compatible with various machine side interfaces (BT, HSK, KM, etc.) and tool side interfaces (CAPT, hydro chuck, ER collet, etc.).
・Ideal for rough machining of cast iron and steel workpieces
・Preload bearings from 3 or 4 point supports and transmit up to 1,000Nm of torque
・Ideal for finishing processing
・Also capable of boring with H6 class tolerances
■Milling unit for gears
・Transmits torque of up to 1,000Nm with 3 to 4 points of support.
・A thin head is possible with special sealing.
