A wide range of gun drill diameters is available from φ0.7 to 50mm. Gun drills from φ0.7 to 12.0 mm are made of carbide, except for the driver, and have excellent rigidity and processing stability.
Can be used for any deep hole machining with a dedicated machine or machining center. In addition, special specifications can be created for the drill diameter, overall length, and driver diameter, so you can choose according to your processing conditions.
■Function
Since the drill head and shank are made of carbide, it is particularly stable and can be used for efficient machining. It also has less torsional vibration, resulting in a longer service life. Clamping sleeve and drill shank are brazed.
