Suitable for deep hole machining of all workpieces. A wide range of gun drill diameters is available from φ0.7 to 50mm. Gun drills from φ0.7 to 12.0 mm are made of carbide, except for the driver, and have excellent rigidity and processing stability.
Can be used for any deep hole machining with a dedicated machine or machining center. In addition, special specifications can be created for the drill diameter, overall length, and driver diameter, so you can choose according to your processing conditions.
■Function
Single lip drill with brazed carbide drill head consists of hardened and tempered steel shank, steel clamping sleeve. The drill head and clamp sleeve are brazed to the tool shank.
