SOLIDChuck "FG16" is a 3-jaw manual chuck with a 96mm pitch mount, ideal for use in 5-axis machining centers.
■Features
・Ideal for round objects, inner diameter/outer diameter clamp processing on machining centers
・Compatible with HWR SOLIDPoint®96, SOLID Bolt96 and LANG QuickPoint96
・Also compatible with 5th Axis RockLock96. (5th Axis pull stud is required.)
・The unique shape allows undercutting with a 5-axis machine.
・Clamping with hard or soft jaws
・Jaws can be used for internal and external clamps
・Easy to change to SOLID Bolt with Zero-point stud
・The main body is made of lightweight aluminum, and the surface has a hard coat finish for wear resistance.
