About This Product

■Product overview

Hainbuch produces collet chucks for machining centers that have a unique collet shape and are easy to set up. High clamping rigidity (up to 150kN) due to hydraulic retraction clamping. High rigidity, high gripping force, high precision design, and compact dimensions allow for space-saving use. It uses the same "collet" and "modular system" as chucks for lathes.

■Product features

・Collets can be replaced easily and quickly using a special jig. ・Rubber molded collet provides high clamping rigidity and high precision clamping. ・A variety of clamps are possible by attaching various adapters. ・Special chucks are available to match the workpiece shape and processing process. ・Standard lineup of products tailored to different applications. ・Manoc Series, a hand-tight type that can be used for general purposes such as machining centers ・Stationary type “Hydroc series” with built-in hydraulic cylinder ・Hand-tightening/hydraulic cylinder for inner diameter grasping mandrel "ms dock/hs dock series"

■Heinbuch modular chuck system

The Heinbuch chuck is a modular chuck system that achieves quick collet change, high clamping rigidity, and high precision due to its unique collet structure. Furthermore, by attaching various adapters with unique interfaces to the chuck for grasping the outer diameter, it can be instantly used as a mandrel chuck or three-jaw chuck for grasping the inner diameter. Heinbuch offers solutions to optimize machining processes and improve productivity.
