About This Product

■Product overview

Bruckner's face driver combines automatic correction and hydraulic vibration absorption. VDS (Vibration Damping System) prevents excessive wear and tear on the drive pin, extends tool life and protects the headstock bearing. It also allows high cutting torque to be transmitted safely.

■“SM series” with outstanding stability + vibration absorption function

Equipped with VDS (Vibration Damping System) to damp vibration during machining. It can be installed directly on the MT shank or lathe spindle, and the drive pin can be easily replaced.

■Product features

・Suitable for high-precision, high-speed shaft machining - Possible to decisively shorten setup time ・Full length machining with one chucking ・VDS system dampens vibration during machining ・Easy to replace drive pins

■Five design points for excellent workability

・VDS (damping system): Improves the work surface by extending the life of drive pins and rotating tools, and smoothing rotation.　 - Stability: The high-speed steel drive pin is supported by a hardened ball inside the main body. This ensures precise longitudinal rotation and high operating safety. ・Spring-type center point compensates for differences in center bore depth -Easy to replace pins: Drive pins and center point can be removed from the front. There is a groove on the side of the pin so that it can be easily removed with a screwdriver. ・Can be clamped with chuck jaws: There is a clamping part on the outside diameter, so it can be clamped with chuck jaws.
