■Product overview
INOFlex® is a flexible chuck suitable for almost all clamping tasks on modern machine tools. Regardless of workpiece geometry, workpiece material or type of machining, INOFlex® solves all clamping challenges. With four jaws and a patented correction mechanism, rotating workpieces and square timber workpieces can be safely clamped from the center.
In particular, the compensation function ensures that all clamping points always have the same clamping force. Various combinations are possible by arranging the four jaws at a 90° pitch.
For example, centering clamps can be performed using two opposing jaws. There is no need to do anything to the two unused jaws, and they can be left removed. Therefore, no special preparations are required for centering clamps with two jaws.
If a clear reference edge is required, up to two fixed stops can be used instead of the 4-jaw and 2-jaw centering clamps. The two clamping axes each have a defined reference and are equivalent to clamping with fixed jaws.

The workpiece before processing is made of zinc die-casting and has almost no processing tolerances. Needless to say, productivity has been greatly improved by eliminating the need for positioning work, which requires processing hundreds of workpieces each time.
