Whenever you manufacture high-precision products, you need high-performance tools. TCG PRO precision tool grind chuck fulfills those demands. We guarantee the highest runout accuracy by re-sharpening end mills, drills, bits, taps, and reamers from φ5mm to 20mm.
Inside the TCG PRO, a lubricating air purge prevents contamination. This provides permanent lubrication for sliding parts, ensuring long life and high quality. Additionally, the clamping blade has low wear. TCG PRO's various accessories can be effectively used for both general purpose and NC operations, and can be used in a wide range of situations. There are two basic types: FTGC, which is air-driven, and TGC, which is driven by a drawbar with a pneumatic cylinder.
