What is hydrolyzing?
This is a processing method that obtains a sterile and useful reaction product in about 30 minutes in the processing reaction time by reacting the raw material with high temperature and high -pressure water vapor (MAX230 ° C, 3MP) in the pressure vessel.

In addition, dry processing can be performed in the same device.

Response in the pressure container
In the pressure container where the raw material is introduced, high -temperature and high -pressure water vapor and raw materials react. Molecular -shaped water reacts to the polymer of the raw material and breaks down into a low molecule. This reaction is called hydrolysis reaction.

The water molecules contained in water vapor at 230 ° C and 3MP are very likely to cause hydrolysis reactions. For this reason, the organic matter in the raw material is immediately decomposed.
