Scroll vacuum pump
The design of the FOSSA scrolling vacuum pump adopts the latest single -side scrolling technology. It is a product that combines a dry compression system and a high airtight structure. Low noise and low vibration make it optimal for analysis and scientific applications in the middle vacuum region. It has been highly evaluated by many years of achievements in these fields.
Operating principle
The FOSSA scrolling vacuum pump is composed of a pair of fixation and turning scrolling. The turning scroll moves in a fixed scroll.
If a space is formed on the outer periphery due to the movement of the turning scroll, gas is taken in from the intake port. The turning continues, and the gas captured between scrolling is transferred toward the inner periphery. Eventually, it is discharged from the exhaust port at the center of the two scrolling.
FOSSA FO series benefits
The FOSSA FO Scroll vacuum pump has all conditions required for today's analysis and scientific applications. Ideal solution for gas collection and precious gas, helium -like questtors, coating systems, or turbo molecular pump back pumps. The high airtight structure achieves completely dry and reliable compression. Metal bellows and static seals ensure the airtightness between the sucking gas and the surrounding air, preventing process gas pollution and leak.
FOSSA FO has little maintenance because there is no shaft seal and a lifetime lubricating bearing is adopted. The only service work you need is scrolling chip seal replacement. Since the replacement is easy and there is no special tool, you can do it yourself at the location you use. Low noise and low vibration, it is also suitable for use in quiet environments.
