Two -stage oil lubrication rotary bain vacuum pump
The ZEBRA series offers a two -stage rotary bain vacuum pump for industries and analysis processes. These vacuum pumps are designed to meet a wide range of applications, from the laboratory to the production line.
The Zebra vacuum pump is characterized by robustness and reliability. Because the driving sound is quiet, low noise value is ideal for applications that are indispensable.
Operating principle
ZEBRA is a two -stage oil lubricating rotary bain vacuum pump. In both stages, a rotor with two vane is incorrectly attached to each stage. When the rotor rotates, the vane slides by centrifugal force and is pressed into the housing, forming a space between the vane and the housing. The sucked gas is captured in this space. The rotation reduces the capacity of this space, the sucked gas is compressed and transported to the second stage. The second stage also works on the same principle. The compressed gas is then exhausted. For lubrication, the latest forced cycle system using a high -performance oil circulation pump is adopted.

The ZEBRA RH 2 -stage rotary Bain vacuum pump is a well -established solution for general industries and analysis purposes in the middle vacuum region. This vacuum pump is suitable for leaked tector, heat treatment, plasma processing, etc.
Equipped with a multi -frequency motor and can be used anywhere in the world. By forced oil lubrication, harmonious material, and high -precision manufacturing methods using state -of -the -art technology, it keeps a consistent and excellent vacuum level in continuous operation. The Zebra RH vacuum pump is equipped with a high -performance oil circulation pump. This ensures very good driving quality and airtightness of the chamber. The exhaust area has a reverse valve, and the oil does not flow back to the compressed chamber when the vacuum pump is stopped.
