About This Product

This is an ISO and JIS compliant device that measures adhering water and compound water in iron ore, manganese ore, clay, and other inorganic compounds. The sample is heated in an electric furnace and the moisture is introduced into the titration flask with dry nitrogen gas.

■Features・The electric furnace is equipped with an overheating prevention mechanism.
- Adhered water and compound water can be sequentially determined in the same heating tube without exposure to outside air.
・The sample boat can be moved from outside the heating tube using the magnetic suction movement method to avoid being affected by atmospheric moisture.
・PID control type temperature indicating controller can accurately adjust temperature.
・The moisture contained in solid or powder samples such as ores is heated to high temperatures (maximum heating temperature 1,000℃) to vaporize the moisture.
・It is possible to measure water attached to ores and combined water.
