Since we can handle the design of press molds and molding molds at the same time, we can flexibly handle all complex lines from press processing to insert molding, post-forming bending, cutting, and final products. We can also design and manufacture both press molds and molding molds overseas (in China).

■Precision metal press mold design and production

We will consider and propose the optimal layout based on your product drawings. ・We can handle a variety of projects, from thin plates with a thickness of 0.05 mm to thick plates with a thickness of 2 mm. ・We can also handle prototype jigs using hand presses and eccentric molds.

■Precision plastic mold design and production

We can respond to a wide variety of requests, from light electrical connectors to medical-related parts. - Due to the cassette type of our equipment, we can quickly respond to small-lot, high-mix projects. ・Using flow analysis software, we can check the resin filling state and predict and verify problems such as warping and deformation before mold manufacturing.

■Introduction of super multi mold (cassette mold)
