About This Product

■High-precision micro-hole machining of Φ10μm is possible with a Φ6μm molded electrode.EDFH1 incorporates small hole machining specifications into the platform of high-precision electrical discharge machine EDAC1. Small hole machining and normal die-sinker machining can be used together.

■Features/SpecificationsThe MA head, which rotates at 2,000 revolutions per minute, is a high-performance spindle head that suppresses rotational runout accuracy to 2μm. By cooling the spindle bearing and motor, high positioning accuracy can be achieved even during continuous machining. Programmable W-axis that moves parallel to the Z-axis and automatically positions the electrode guide height. High-pressure jet liquid automatic switching function that can automatically switch the jet liquid pressure according to the diameter of the pipe electrode. It features an intermediate guide arm that supports the small diameter electrode and prevents vibration.

The shaft configuration has little overhang, and the distance between the guide surface of each shaft and the table is close, and the straightness tolerance is 2 μm or less. Changes in the spindle due to axis movement are suppressed, and high machining accuracy is always achieved.

The symmetrical structure of the cast main body suppresses the effects of environmental temperature changes on the main body posture. In addition, a heat shielding layer is installed between the heat source concentrated at the rear and the machine body, and heat is forcibly released from the top to suppress displacement due to heat.

By circulating temperature-adjusted machining fluid around the axis of the Z-axis ball screw, changes in the spindle posture can be suppressed and machining can be performed with stable machining depth accuracy. Effective for machining that requires high-speed jumps.

The control device is equipped with Makino's Hyper i. Using the latest technology used in smartphones and tablet devices, we have achieved a simple and natural operation feeling. The screen is structured to match the actual work flow and can be operated intuitively. The graphical input screen allows everyone from beginners to experts to easily create programs.
