About This Product

Newly developed Digital HF control, wire rotation mechanism, energy-saving pump Ultra-precision premium model ideal for progressive press molds where precision is accelerating. Features

■Ultra-precision premium specifications pursue thoroughgoing high precision

We pursue ultra-high precision in machine processing, assembly, and adjustment. In addition, high rigidity has been achieved by using an ultra-high precision roller guide. In addition to being equipped with a CFRP door as standard, we have thoroughly pursued precision in all factors that affect processing accuracy, including temperature control using a high-performance inverter cooler.

■Improved processing speed

Newly developed Digital HF control has been adopted. By constantly digitally monitoring the conditions during wire machining and maintaining the optimal discharge condition, it is possible to improve machining speed and machining accuracy at the same time. By constantly monitoring the electrical discharge status during machining, stable machining can be performed at all times, even if there are changes in water quality or plate thickness. Also, no sagging occurs even at the corners.

■Reducing wire consumption and power consumption

The wire rotation mechanism (i-groove) can always perform finishing machining with a non-consumable wire surface, enabling uniform machining from the top to the bottom of the workpiece. While reducing streaks and unevenness during finishing of thick plates, it also reduces wire consumption. Additionally, a newly developed energy-saving pump system has been adopted for the service tank, reducing power consumption. The NC device's gadget "Eco Collections" improves operability by allowing easy access to running cost summary display and circulating fluid energy saving control settings.
