Main features of VHR-SD

■SPINDLE HEAD

-Equipped with a reliable gear head that covers a wide rotation range with continuously variable speed and can handle hard and soft materials. ・Uses a 2.2kW AC inverter-driven main shaft. It covers a wide rotation range from 20 to 6,000 min-1 with continuously variable speed, and can handle a variety of hard and soft materials. You can easily change the speed during cutting by adjusting the volume. - Equipped with a head that can rotate 90° left and right (fixed at any angle), making it compatible with angled machining such as diagonal holes. ・The main shaft uses a quill structure. It can be operated with a 3-speed automatic downward feed, fine movement handle, and rapid feed lever.

■STRUCTURE

・Wide table stroke and highly rigid head support structure meet a wide range of processing needs. ・Supports a wide range of workpiece dimensions with table movement of 820mm left and right, 300mm front and back, and 450mm up and down. The box-shaped ram with excellent rigidity maintains machining accuracy even over a maximum travel distance of 660 mm from the column sliding surface. As a result, it has a compact structure yet has the same amount of pocket space as a large aircraft. The table also has a maximum loading weight of approximately 300kg. One machine can handle most types of processing.

■FEED MECHANISM

・The synergistic effect of a stable feed mechanism and digital counter realizes unprecedented high-precision positioning. - Hardened and ground square guide on the sliding part on the upper surface of the knee. The generous knee size eliminates saddle overhang. In addition, the feed mechanism uses an AC servo drive and precision ball screw, and a special resin is attached to the feed gib to suppress stick-slip, etc., achieving smooth and nimble feeding. Furthermore, accuracy is maintained by automatically lubricating each sliding surface.

■FUN TO OPERATE

- Operator-friendly front-concentrated layout operation system greatly improves work efficiency. ・The table's left/right, front/back, and top/bottom feed handles and levers, as well as electric motor switches, are all centrally located near the operator's hand.

■CLEAN ENVIRONMENT

- Adopts a "people-friendly" machine design that always maintains a clean working environment. ・Although it is a manual machine, it is equipped with a wide chip guard and oil pan as standard, aiming not only to improve processing performance but also to make the working environment more comfortable. Prevents scattering of chips, cutting oil, etc. during cutting, and keeps the area around the machine clean.
