■Overview/Features

The TM21-VLL vertical series is designed and manufactured primarily to be used indoors or outdoors with vertical shafts installed or below the shaft end. If thrust is applied below the shaft end, we will respond by applying an optimal grease-lubricated rolling bearing or a thrust bearing with high oil bath sliding resistance. By selecting a wind duct compatible with the cooling structure for the basic structure, the motor is suitable for many installation environments. (equivalent to vertical 710 to 1,400 frames*).

■Low noise and vibration

-Using the latest technology to reduce vibration and noise levels. ・The standard design value for the noise level is 80dB (A) or less. (Measurement method according to JEC-2137: When motor is running without load) ・The standard design value for vibration level is 1.8mm/sec or less on the bearing bracket. (IEC-60034-14 Grade B: During no-load motor operation)

■Design that makes full use of analysis technology

・Electromagnetic analysis ・Heat conduction analysis ・Ventilation analysis inside the motor

■Highly reliable fully impregnated insulation method

Achieved high surge voltage resistance by improving the conventional insulation method → ​​Inverter drive is also available (optional)

■Change in outer cover structure

Can accommodate various outer shell structures without changing the basic shape. Drip-proof protection type, open outdoor type, fully enclosed external fan type, fully enclosed air cooler type
