■Overview/Features

The TM21-M vertical series is designed and manufactured primarily to be used indoors or outdoors with a vertical axis or below the shaft end. When thrust is applied below the shaft end, we will respond by applying the most suitable grease-lubricated rolling bearings and high oil bath slip-resistant thrust bearings. By selecting a wind duct compatible with the cooling structure for the basic structure, the motor is suitable for many installation environments. (equivalent to vertical 355-450 frames)

■Main terminal box

The standard cable entry in the main terminal box is downward, but it is possible to rotate the entry in 90° increments. In addition, there is sufficient space inside the terminal box to facilitate wiring work.

■Iron core and slot shape

We aim to improve electrical characteristics and reduce operating costs by optimizing the number of slots and shape (dimensions) through magnetic field analysis, and by using aluminum cast rotor manufacturing technology that allows us to freely manufacture slot shapes.

■Frame

We use a cast material with excellent formability, vibration absorption, and corrosion resistance, and use analysis technology to create a highly rigid frame, reduce internal ventilation resistance, and make it more compact.

■Various support

It is a global specification that can comply with not only Japanese standards but also various overseas standards. Easily accommodates various specifications such as low noise, high thrust load, and mounting of various temperature measuring elements.
