About This Product

■A new three-phase induction motor that has been further reborn using 120 years of know-how and advanced technology.

80% share in the 1,000KW or more class. In order to meet diversifying market demands, the long-awaited H series has been added to the TM21 series lineup. The TM21 concept of increasing productivity, improving energy efficiency, and contributing to the environment remains unchanged. The high reliability backed by technology and skills accumulated over 120 years, and the high operating performance and reliability achieved by the latest analysis technology are unrivaled by any other company.

■Overview/Features

The H series, which uses the latest technology, has significantly improved cooling performance, and has achieved even higher efficiency, lower starting current, lower vibration, and lower noise. Maintainability has also been greatly improved. The center height (height from the installation leg plate to the center of the shaft) is standard for frame sizes of 400 to 900 mm. It can be used in any installation environment, including open outdoor type (IC01), fully enclosed external fan type (IC611), and fully enclosed air cooler type (IC81W).

Using various analysis techniques, we optimized the motor's internal ventilation structure and heat exchanger design to improve cooling performance and achieve a smaller size and lighter weight. Improved cooling performance suppresses temperature rise and ensures a design life equal to or longer than conventional models.

■High performance with optimal electromagnetic design

Optimize electromagnetic design using the latest electromagnetic field analysis technology. Reduces energy density and achieves high efficiency and low starting current.

■Uses a high-rigidity frame, achieving low vibration and noise
