About This Product

■Electric zoom lens compatible with 1 inch 4 megapixel camera

This product is compatible with 1-inch and 1/1.2-inch high-performance CMOS image sensors without vignetting, and was developed primarily for car number recognition systems. Therefore, it is excellent for specializing in outdoor performance, such as improving transmittance in the near-infrared wavelength region at night (best at 850 nm) and optically correcting out-of-focus due to temperature changes. There is no F drop in the zoom range. In the case of a zoom lens, when the entrance pupil diameter becomes equal to the front lens diameter, the entrance pupil diameter cannot be increased any further, resulting in a decrease in the F number. This phenomenon is called F-drop. MERCURY is designed to have a larger front lens diameter than the entrance pupil diameter at the telephoto end to prevent this F drop.
