About This Product

■Features

・C mount lens compatible with up to 2/3 inch ・Waterproof (Cw) version of C series lenses ・Compliant with IEC protection class of IPX7 and IPX9K Designed to eliminate the need for protective lens covers TECHSPEC® Cw Series Fixed Focus Lenses are the waterproof version of TECHSPEC C Series Fixed Focus Lenses. Designed to meet IEC protection ratings of IPX7 and IPX9K, the lens can withstand 30 minutes underwater at a depth of 1 meter and is compatible with close-range high pressure at all focal lengths except for the 3.5mm and 4.5mm focal lengths, which are IPX7 rated. Operates on high-temperature water discharge. This lens has a hydrophobic coated window that prevents water droplets from landing on the lens surface. The lens is shielded with multiple O-rings to prevent moisture from entering the lens barrel. TECHSPEC Cw Series Fixed Focal Lenses are designed for up to 5 megapixel, Type ⅔ sensors and are ideal for applications including food, pharmaceutical, automotive, and security.

■Supplementary information

A #22-790 O-ring (2mm width x 25mm inner diameter) is included. This O-ring is required to seal the lens when attaching it to a waterproof camera. A small amount of silicone grease #22-791 is required to apply to the O-ring before attaching to the lens, but is not included (sold separately). This lens won the 2021 Vision Systems Design Innovation Award Bronze Award.
