■Characteristics of reverse modeling
・We check the application in detail and provide 3D data that can be used immediately after delivery.
・The design surface reproduces 3D scan data. Hybrid models also support modeling, such as reflecting processing parts from 2D drawings.
■3DCAD modeling
3D CAD modeling is our specialty service. The measurement data after 3D scanning becomes "STL data" whose shape is represented by a triangular patch called STL. STL data can be used as is for comparison with CAD, analysis such as dimensional inspection, stereolithography, STL compatible CAM, etc., but it cannot be edited even if it is loaded into regular 3D CAD software. Therefore, we model in a 3DCAD format that has calculation values for circles, planes, and radiuses that can also be used in 3DCAD software.
■Auto surface
Attach the surface faithfully to the STL surface. It is possible to handle it as Surface data or Solid data. Applications, mesh base data for CAE analysis, CAD of organic shapes, cutting of works of art, etc.
■CAD-like modeling
It reads 3D elements such as cylinders, planes, and fillets from STL shapes and creates CAD-like data. This is a job that requires advanced modeling knowledge, and is a technique that I specialize in.
