About This Product

NJU6080 is a constant current LED driver with PWM dimming function. Since the constant current value can be set with a single external resistor, the mounting area can be reduced compared to when configured with discrete components. It also reduces power consumption. It has a built-in overcurrent protection circuit and thermal cutoff protection circuit, so it can contribute to safety design. Ideal for small LCD backlights, toys, etc.

・Power supply voltage range: 2.5 V ~ 5.5 V ・LED output current: 100 mA (max.) ・Output current accuracy: ± 1.8% ・Current consumption: 150 µA (typ.) ・Can light up one white LED ・External parts: Current limiting resistor (RS) only ・With PWM dimming function ・Built-in overcurrent protection circuit ・Built-in thermal shutdown circuit ・CMOS structure ・ External shape: SOT-23-6
