About This Product
NJU7620 is a switching regulator IC that can operate at low voltage and oscillate at high speed. A totem pole output format is used for output, making it easy to drive MOS-FETs. Equipped with an error amplifier and current sense amplifier to control output to constant voltage/constant current. Ideal for applications that require constant current drive such as LEDs.
