About This Product

NJW1871A is a step-up and flyback switching regulator IC that supports a wide operating voltage range of 4.5V to 40V. It has a built-in driver to efficiently drive Nch. MOSFET, realizing large current output applications. Equipped with pulse-by-pulse overcurrent detection as a protection function to limit switching current during overload. Automatic recovery of switching is possible upon recovery from load abnormality. Additionally, since it supports high oscillation frequencies, noise can be avoided in the AM band and small inductors can be used. Ideal for boost power supply applications such as automotive applications and industrial equipment.
