■Fully automatic pressure type rapid filtration machine Shin (FRP)

-A filtration tank body that achieves both cost reduction and corrosion resistance. ・Like stainless steel, it has excellent corrosion resistance and boasts outstanding durability. - Stainless steel is used for internal backwashing mechanism parts. ・Simple operation ・No need to refill or replace filter media ・Significantly reduces running costs such as post-installation maintenance and maintenance inspections ・It is possible to select each specified color (Munsell) as an option. What is a fully automatic pressure type rapid filtration machine (agitation type rapid circulation sand filtration equipment)?

■Main features

- All parts, including the filtration tank body, internal backwashing mechanism parts, and front attached piping, are made of stainless steel. It has excellent corrosion resistance and boasts outstanding durability. ・The filter medium is mainly sand with a particle size of 0.6 mm or less, and it is possible to supplement it with fine particles (SS). Backwashing is performed fully automatically by detecting the tank internal pressure and controlling the sequencer. In addition, due to the unique backwash mechanism, there is no need to replenish or replace filter media, which is essential for conventional sand filtration. It is possible to significantly reduce running costs such as post-installation maintenance and maintenance inspections. ・Water treatment is possible for a variety of uses, including aquascape equipment, biotopes, industrial water, rainwater, and wastewater treatment. ■ Stirring device

This is a gear motor that rotates the specially constructed blades inside the main body. This structure agitates the entire filter medium in the internal filter layer and thoroughly cleans it, so there is no deterioration of the exposed material or mudpole. There is no need to replace or replenish the filter media.

■Filtration pump

Either a land pump or a submersible pump can be selected depending on the installation location. We will select it depending on the usage conditions.

■Operation panel and electric three-way valve

Operation is fully automatic. The electric walk valve is automatically switched by sequencer control in the operation panel. In addition to the summer and winter reverse flow cycle settings, reverse operation is also automatically performed when the internal pressure of the main unit reaches the set pressure. The standard setting takes 3 minutes for reverse operation.

■Water collection board

This is a rectifier inside the filter. This water collection plate prevents water from forming inside the main tank and keeps the flow velocity and flow constant at all times.
