■Microconic overgrip collet

The Microconic Overgrip is a unique tool that you've probably never seen before. Opens up to CP4 wider than the gripping diameter, jumping over flanges, head parts and other enlarged parts to reach the back. Thanks to its unique microconic shape, it has the same precision and rigidity as the top-of-the-line regular collet. This collet allows you to overgrip and perform heavy cutting, end milling, turning, and rotary broaching. Rather than being limited to traditional collets, configure your layout in the best possible way and get the most benefit from your sub-spindles

■Features

・Compatible range: 00.5mm to 8.2mm ・Maximum opening 04mm from grip diameter ・Rotational runout accuracy (T.I.R) 5 µ,m ・Secures rigidity for heavy cutting ・Can be used with EGS guide sleeve to support parts ejection ・Eliminate unnecessary extra process processing ・Achieve “accurate” turning processing ・Make profit from sub-spindle

■T-TYPE

・This type is intended for long parts and opens approximately 03.4mm wider than the gripping diameter. -The grip length is approximately 2 to 3 times the diameter, and the nose is slightly longer.
