■5 effects of PZ turn

・Separate head and shank structure -Easy head replacement with just one bolt ・Individual differences in work are less likely to occur due to attachment and detachment using a torque screwdriver. ・Repeatability of head seating position of 10μ or less is achieved with tapered polygon coupling. ・Despite the separate structure, high rigidity with 97% of the back force resistance of an integrated holder ・All PZ turns support coolant through. - Coolant connections on the shank are compatible with 3 locations, allowing for various installations. ・Since the shank is not removed from the equipment, there is no need to attach or detach the hose. ・Compatible with ISO chips, inserts from various manufacturers can be used
