About This Product

■Square shank / Features

・Steel shank -Shank length can be changed as a special product. - Hex socket screw included. - If you wish to use a Torx wrench, you can replace it with a Torx screw (sold separately). *One hex socket screw is included for each shank.

・Significantly reduces equipment downtime due to tool replacement ・Since no correction or trial cutting is required after tip replacement, it is possible to eliminate the cause of defective products and achieve a "good product the first time". ・Easy to change setups, improving ability to respond to variable-variety, high-mix production - Eliminate the troublesome work of attaching and removing hoses during setup

■Realization of “off-machine setup”

- Measure the correction value in advance by attaching the chip to the head outside the processing machine and measuring the chip error. ・Restart the equipment immediately after replacing the head
