■Advantages of Gripex

- Gripex does not require high pressure. - Operates from 0.5 bar. ・It is very close to the chuck and can be clamped in a short position. - Clamps hexagonal bars without requiring spindle orientation. - Can be used in the same way as a pickup unit with robot jaws.

-Inserts can be replaced even if Gripex is already installed on the turret. - Inserts hardened to HRC57 will last a long time. - The insert design allows for a firm grip and easy replacement.

■Valve outlet if the lathe is equipped with a check valve

・The Gripex body is equipped with an adjustable valve. -Can also be used on machines with check valves. ・If you want to shorten the time the claw opens, loosen the screw.

■Equipped with turret

・NC control operated by turning center cooling water supply ・Clamp very close to the chuck (optimal cut-off position) ・Can also be used as a pickup unit by attaching robot jaws
