About This Product

We are a manufacturer of spray systems that exhibit high lubrication effects in small quantities, such as those used in semi-dry machining (MQL). We achieve both reductions in environmental impact and processing costs, and achieve improvements on-site. Conventional machining typically involves using large amounts of coolant, but this poses issues such as environmental problems, deterioration of the working environment, and increased costs. The automobile industry is currently facing a major turning point that is said to occur once every 100 years, with the shift to EVs and changes in manufacturing methods. Traditionally, multiple parts were welded together to produce one large part, but the gigacast manufacturing method has been proposed to improve productivity. This is a method of molding large parts using die casting, without welding dozens of sheet metal parts. Although this is a dynamic manufacturing method that allows large parts to be molded in one piece, the problems associated with the large size cannot be ignored. Specifically, the challenges include temperature control when pouring molten aluminum into molds, countermeasures against warpage and porosity after molding, and the need for large processing machines and cleaning machines for secondary processing and cleaning.

Semi-dry machining (MQL) has been used for a long time in cutting materials, finishing molds, and micro-machining that is sensitive to temperature changes, so it is not the latest technology. However, known technologies can sometimes be reborn through changes in processing methods. We believe that semi-dry machining (MQL) is optimal for large parts such as Gigacast. Thanks to the evolution of oil agents, no oil remains after volatilization, and we are now ready to eliminate the need for cleaning.
