About This Product

This is an extremely heat-resistant double-sided tape developed for fixing FPCs. The combination of nonwoven fabric, acrylic adhesive, and glassine release paper can withstand temperatures up to 260°C during the process, and the release paper can be easily removed even after the reflow process. It also has excellent workability and processability. It has good adhesion and holding power even after reflow. It has high tensile strength. Excellent repulsion resistance. It has excellent punching properties and no glue oozes out. It blends well with the adherend. Excellent aging resistance. Compliant with RoHS regulations.
