About This Product

■Ultra-low floor structure greatly improves work efficiency

With conventional positioning devices, jigs and tools are installed at high positions, making it difficult for workers to reach and check the situation. The DSR series adopts a structure that suppresses the device height to the utmost even with large load capacity. This allows for improved work efficiency and safety.

■Maximum of 17 loads. Hollow access without pit

The DSR series has a lineup of models that can carry loads of up to 17,000kg (17t), expanding the range of applications to equipment that is difficult to reduce weight, such as jigs and tools. It also comes standard with a large-diameter hollow hole, allowing for wiring and piping to equipment installed on the output table with plenty of room.

■High-speed drive & instantaneous stop

The DSR series uses a proprietary roller cam type DMX reduction mechanism. Achieves zero backlash in the output section and achieves high positioning performance, high responsiveness, and rigidity. The gain of the servo actuator can also be set higher, making it possible to shorten positioning time.

■Movement pattern can be freely set

Using an external servo program, you can create a variety of motions tailored to your application, such as turning, indexing, and continuous rotation, with just one machine. Servo motors from various manufacturers can be installed on the actuator section.
