About This Product
For precise wavefront measurements, instead of using a piezo reference surface scan that also captures changes over time, we adopted high-speed imaging based on the Spatial Carrier Fringe method, which measures multiple phases simultaneously and eliminates the need for a time-lapse scan. This is a Fizeau type interferometer with improved performance and resistance to air disturbance. (However, it is also possible to change the measurement mode to piezo type.) Since it is small and lightweight and does not require any measurement posture, it is highly versatile and can be used for various purposes and environments.
■Features
・For each measurement, you can select between Fizeau interferometry (TPSI), which drives a conventional general reference surface, and instantaneous Fizeau interferometry (DPSI), which can measure even in dynamic environments.
・Since the main unit and the control PC are connected with an Ethernet cable, remote control is possible up to 100m.
- Compatible with standard Fizeau reference lenses, so existing optical system can be used as is.
・Also maintains compatibility with other interferometer software and optical design software.
・Widely adaptable to various postures and environments due to emphasis on portability
