About This Product

■HVFO108

■Main functions

・150MHz bandwidth ・35kV common mode voltage rating ・Ideal for SiC ・Excellent low noise and CMRR ・160dB CMRR ・Low loop inductance ・Low attenuation ・Reduced DUT loading and improved pulse response compared to traditional high-voltage differential probes ・Chip can be selected from ±1V to ±40V

■Ideal for SiC

The HVFO108 is the ideal probe for device research engineers designing Si and SiC with 150 MHz bandwidth, and system development engineers integrating SiC devices.

■High side gate drive signal measurement

The HVFO108 faithfully reproduces the high-side gate drive signal without loading or distortion, and the mirror effect can be clearly seen. Conventional high-voltage differential probes that contain high tip capacitance in parallel with the CGE or CGS, and high impedance and large loop inductance in series with the gate drive impedance, can load the gate drive signal or pick up interference, and worst of all, In this case, it will cause circuit malfunction. HVFO108 performs much better for these measurements.

■Floating control or sensor signal measurement

The HVFO108 only measures low voltage sensor voltages across high impedance input leads. It has a very low load on the device under test (DUT). Additionally, low lead loop inductance, >100dB CMRR, and low attenuation provide excellent signal fidelity, low noise, and common mode rejection.

■EMC, EFT, ESD, RF immunity testing and system optimization

AC and DC sensor signals floating in the presence of high voltage or EMC disturbance signals can be captured with high signal fidelity and correctly correlated to in-circuit and control operations.
