About This Product

The DL-ISO series offers highest accuracy, highest signal fidelity, and flexible connectivity for highest measurement reliability for GaN and SiC device characterization.

■Main functions

・1 GHz bandwidth ・Ideal for GaN and SiC devices ・System accuracy 1.5% ・Rise time 435 ps ・High CMRR - 160 dB ・Flexible connection options ・Auto zero is possible while connected to the measurement target

■Highest precision

When combined with an industry-leading 12-bit high-resolution oscilloscope (HDO), the DL-ISO probe delivers 1.5% measurement accuracy, nearly double that of competitive solutions.

■Highest signal fidelity

DL-ISO provides the industry's highest signal fidelity with fast rise times, low overshoot, and low loading on the DUT.

■Flexible connectivity

The DL-ISO probe features a high-quality coaxial attenuation tip that can filter out unwanted noise, and can be connected to test boards with industry-standard MMCX connectors or high-voltage square pin headers.
