■About natural mineral water plantTechnos Co., Ltd. provides total engineering services for non-heated, sterile mineral water bottling plants. Based on 30 years of experience in bottling plants, we plan, design, and construct plants that meet a wide range of needs, from small-scale plants for famous local waters to plants for major manufacturers.

■Mineral water bottling plant planning proposal・This system is a sterile filtration system that uses a 0.2μm ceramic membrane.
・The ceramic membrane has a long lifespan of over 10 years, and has a water cluster effect, making it superior to cartridge filters (replaced every two weeks) in terms of economy and quality.
・Ceramic membrane and all secondary liquid contact parts will be circulated and sterilized at 85℃ for 30 minutes.

■Development of water activation deviceWe believe that just delicious taste is not enough for mineral water in the 21st century. By using this device, it is possible to produce mineral-reduced water that can eliminate active oxygen, which is said to be the cause of lifestyle-related diseases, by applying electronic energy to water using a 12,000 gauss magnet and far-infrared emitting ceramic balls. It's possible.

■Water sales cooperationAt Technos, we will cooperate with the sale of mineral water to plant contract customers upon request. Currently, we sell 1 million bottles of Gifu Prefecture's "Hisui of Okunagara River" every year. The price is 300 yen/2L.

■About product warehouse (capacity 2,000 pieces/hour at 2L)Cardboard containing plastic bottles is sensitive to loading loads, so only two pallets can be stacked. Therefore, we recommend an inexpensive semi-automatic warehouse that can accommodate 576 pallets stacked in four tiers by raising the roof of the warehouse.

■About architectural designIt is not possible to design an ideal factory unless you are familiar with the production equipment and the utility of each machine.
