About This Product

■Patented float mechanism

・High rigidity/high precision: runout accuracy of 10 μm or less, repeatability of 5 μm or less ・Prevents heat generation, abnormal noise, and vibration, resulting in long life and clean machined surfaces. ・Conventional machine axes and tool axes have individual differences, and there is always a misalignment of 0 to 35μ. However, by using this patented float mechanism (compensation clutch), the misalignment is corrected and smooth rotation is possible without loss of torque.

■ER collet adopted

By attaching the ER collet directly to the holder, the tool can be easily approached to the workpiece.

■Suitable for high-speed machining

・Double taper roller bearings are used up to 6,000 rpm, allowing heavy cutting. ・Can be manufactured without speed increase function up to 13,000 rpm

■Short installation time

It took about 20 minutes to install it inside the machine as usual, but with PRECI FLEX, it takes about 1 minute to preset it outside the machine using the precision adapter method.

■Prevents heat generation and oil leakage

Prevents heat generation and oil leakage by using a patented special mechanical seal. Prevents coolant and chips from entering

■Patented cross key system

・The preset cross key system allows you to position and replace the cutting edge simply by inserting the holder. ・Reproducibility up to 3 times higher than other systems - Runout accuracy of 10μm or less, repeatability of 5μm or less ・Improve productivity through work efficiency and time reduction
