About This Product

■Oilcon AKC9 SERIES Features

・In-line cooler for coolant ・High precision type with compressor inverter control and electronic expansion valve control ・High precision type with inverter control of compressor ・Uses R410A as refrigerant (ozone layer depletion coefficient 0) ・Temperature control in low load range is possible by expanding the cooling capacity control range (conventional 5 to 100% → 9 series 0% (no load) to 100%)

■ Can be installed even in shallow tanks

Since it is a separate type, it can be installed regardless of the depth of the coolant tank. It can also be retrofitted to existing tanks. A built-in pump type is also available for easy installation.

■Easy maintenance

Adopts an evaporator structure that prevents clogging. The evaporator structure is easy to disassemble and clean during maintenance. Cutting debris is common at coolant stations. The AKC series of oil condensers for cooling coolant liquid has an evaporator structure that is difficult to clog with dirt, minimizing trouble. The evaporator has also been made lighter, simplifying maintenance work.

■Realizes high-precision temperature control

The coolant temperature is controlled to ±0.1℃ over the entire load range (from no load to 100% load), contributing to improved machining accuracy.

■Compatible with IoT

Please try our hybrid system compatible with IoT. By connecting a hybrid system to a machine or a computer in the maintenance room, it is possible to easily retrieve not only hydraulic pressure and flow rate, but also internal information such as power consumption and motor temperature in real time.

■Easily monitor operating status

Alarm information, operating hours, etc. can be monitored on a computer. Reading out "alarm information" is effective in speeding up the identification of parts that require maintenance and reducing downtime. "Operating time" is a guideline for knowing when to replace consumables and when to perform maintenance. *To monitor on a PC, a software tool (Hybrid-Win), communication cable and monitor harness are required. *Communication cable and monitor harness are sold separately.

■RoHS compliant

Compliant with the RoHS Directive, including the use of lead-free solder on printed circuit boards.

■Improved resistance to harsh factory environments such as mist and dust

Increased protection level of electrical box (equivalent to IP54). Adoption of sulfur-resistant products for electronic parts
