About This Product
■Lightweight and compact design
・Lightweight and compact transformer-less 400V specification lineup
・Since the dimensions are the same as standard products, there is no need to change the design even if the voltage is different.
- Significantly reduced volume and mass compared to the 9 series.
■Improved maintainability
・Air filter structure that prevents condenser clogging due to oil mist
- Conventionally, in the case of only a filter, even if the filter was replaced and cleaned, the cooling capacity decreased due to clogging of the heat exchanger itself, so it was necessary to clean the heat exchanger once every few years.
・With the new filter, the heat exchanger will not be clogged. Cooling capacity can be maintained by replacing and cleaning the filter. (*When mist concentration is 0.5mg/m3)
■Providing predictive maintenance and communication functions *Optional
- Added alarm margin to communication content. By attaching a communication option board to the oil conditioner control board and communicating with the machine side.
- Operation mode and operation settings can now be changed from the machine side.
-Allows the machine to read oil conditioner alarm codes, temperature data, etc.
In the 10 series, a new function has been added to quantify and communicate the margin until an alarm occurs. On the machine side, it is now possible to use the data to determine when it is time for maintenance.

Measures against dust and oil smoke (IP54 protection structure for electrical components), transport strength, sulfurization resistance of substrates, wide fin pitch to prevent heat exchanger from clogging.

Refrigerant gas shortage detection, temperature warning, auto tuning function, ON timer, predictive maintenance function (maintenance timing notification, emergency operation in case of thermistor abnormality)
■Reducing environmental impact
Compliant with environmental regulations, including the use of lead-free solder on printed circuit boards.
■Easily monitor operating status
Room temperature, inlet/outlet oil temperature, and other internal data can be monitored on a computer using Hybrid-Win. Batch display of data makes it easy to understand operating status.
