■Ball spline

It exhibits high performance in places where it is difficult to use. In addition, when used as a replacement for a linear bushing, it has a load rating ten times higher with the same shaft diameter, allowing for a compact design, and can be used even when overhung loads and moments are applied, resulting in high safety. and long life.

■High torque type ball spline with cage

We have applied the retainer technology, which brings together THK's technology and know-how, to ball splines. The use of a ball cage maintains aligned circulation motion and enables high-speed operation. Eliminates collisions and mutual friction between balls, achieving low noise, good sound quality, and low dust generation. The improved grease retention ability also allows for long-term maintenance-free operation. The torsional rigidity of the nut is ensured by adopting a high-torque structure. Additionally, by approximating the shape of the spline shaft to a circle, shaft rigidity has also been improved.

■SLS type

The spline nut has a straight cylindrical outer diameter. It can be fixed to the housing and torque can be transmitted using a key.
