About This Product
■Cross roller ring
Cross Roller Rings have cylindrical rollers arranged orthogonally on the 90° V-groove raceway through spacer retainers, so one bearing can handle radial loads, axial loads, and moment loads in all directions. can carry a load of The dimensions of the inner and outer rings can be minimized while maintaining high rigidity, making them suitable for joints and rotating parts of industrial robots, turning tables of machining centers, rotating parts of manipulators, precision rotary tables, medical equipment, measuring instruments, and ICs. Ideal for applications such as manufacturing equipment.
■Excellent rotation accuracy
A spacer retainer is placed between the orthogonally arranged rollers to prevent roller skew and increase in rotational torque due to mutual friction between rollers. In addition, compared to the conventional type that uses a steel plate retainer, there is no uneven roller contact or locking phenomenon, and stable rotational torque can be obtained even when preload is applied. Furthermore, since the inner ring or outer ring has a two-piece structure, the preload can be adjusted, resulting in highly accurate rotational motion.
■Easy to handle
The outer ring or inner ring, which is divided into two parts, is fixed so that it does not separate after the roller and spacer retainer are assembled, making it easy to handle during assembly.
■Skew prevention
The spacer retainer eliminates mutual friction between the rollers and prevents roller skew, resulting in stable rotational torque.
■Significantly increased rigidity (3x~4x)
Since the rollers are arranged orthogonally, compared to using double row thin angular contact ball bearings, a single bearing can carry loads in each direction, improving rigidity by 3 to 4 times.
■Large load capacity
Compared to conventional iron plate retainers, spacer retainers allow the effective contact length of the rollers to be longer, greatly improving load capacity. Additionally, a spacer retainer holds and guides almost the entire length of the roller, but conventional rollers with a retainer only have one roller guide in the center, so they cannot accurately prevent the rollers from falling.
