About This Product

■Cam follower

Cam followers are compact, highly rigid bearings with shafts that have needle rollers built into them and are used as guide rollers for cam mechanisms and linear motion. Since the outer ring rotates while making direct contact with the mating surface, it is designed to be thick-walled and able to withstand impact loads. In addition, a needle roller with a precision cage is incorporated inside the outer ring to prevent skew and provide excellent rotational performance, allowing it to withstand high-speed rotation. The outer diameter of the outer ring is either spherical or cylindrical, and the spherical outer ring easily absorbs misalignment of the axis during installation and helps alleviate uneven loads. It is widely used in the cam mechanisms of automatic machines and special-purpose machines, as well as various transport devices, conveyors, bookbinding machines, tool changers in machining centers, pallet changers, automatic painting machines, and sliding forks in automatic warehouses.

■CF type

The CF-A type has a hexagonal hole at both ends of the stud, and a grease nipple for greasing is installed at the back of the hexagonal hole. Therefore, it is possible to install and lubricate from both directions. The CF type is a popular cam follower with a driver groove on the stud head.
