About This Product

Oil free/low maintenance

■Magnetic bearing variable speed drive

Adopts a magnetic bearing drive system that is frictionless and requires no lubrication. Highly efficient operation and reduced maintenance required for friction and lubrication. Low vibration/low noise

■Two-stage impeller

A newly developed impeller that is both compact and highly efficient. Furthermore, by adopting a back-to-back impeller structure and reducing the bearing load, it achieves high efficiency, low vibration, and low noise operation. Energy saving/high efficiency

■Dynamic dual IGV + variable speed drive

Equipped with a guide pane that can adjust the amount of refrigerant, the rotation speed of the impeller can be finely adjusted using inverter control. Energy-saving operation can be performed according to the required load. Low torque/high speed operation

■Permanent magnet motor

A rotating shaft incorporating a permanent magnet provides smooth, friction-free high-speed operation. Furthermore, the use of an inverter-controlled motor increases operating efficiency.

■Highly efficient operation of IPLV9.8 and COP6.5 (500RT)

Magnetic circuit control technology significantly reduces shaft rotation loss compared to contact bearing types. In addition, the use of an inverter and PMS motor provides excellent partial load characteristics. Demonstrates high operating efficiency. *Numbers are under development. It may differ from the actual product.

■Uses low GWP/CFC-free refrigerant R1,233zd.

Uses CFC-free refrigerant R1,233zd, which has a global warming potential of 1, for low GWP. High theoretical efficiency and nonflammability. It is also not subject to the Freon Emission Control Act and the High Pressure Gas Safety Act. Global warming potential (GWP) is the 100-year value taken from the IPCC Fourth Assessment Report.

■Oil-free, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

The "non-contact bearing structure" allows the shaft to float using magnetic force, eliminating the need for refrigeration oil or related mechanisms. There is no need to overhaul the compressor, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
