■Summary

■Why an oil conditioner is necessary

The spindle head (headstock) of horizontal machining centers and vertical machining centers generates a lot of heat in the bearings and gears due to the high speed rotation of the spindle, and in the case of built-in motors, heat is generated in the motor section. The heat generated warms the entire spindle head, causing the spindle center to shift from the center of the column or head, causing thermal deformation. Thermal deformation affects machining accuracy and is said to account for 40 to 70% of machining errors. Thermal deformation occurs because different parts of the machine elongate at different temperatures, and by removing heat from the spindle head with an oil conditioner, the misalignment of the shaft center can be corrected. Oil conditioners help improve machine precision by lubricating the spindle head gear and removing heat.

■Realizes high-precision temperature control

Inverter control always keeps the machine in optimal operating condition and improves the machining accuracy of the machine.

■Compatible with IoT

By connecting a hybrid system to a machine or a computer in the maintenance room, it is possible to easily retrieve not only hydraulic pressure and flow rate, but also internal information such as power consumption and motor temperature in real time.
