We perform contract production of vacuum equipment for semiconductors.
■Stably maintaining the highest quality standards
Under strict quality control, we provide stable quality through integrated in-house production. By performing each process in-house, including sheet metal processing, cutting, welding, and assembly, we are able to achieve the highest level of stable quality. Equipment power to process large parts, technical ability to process vacuum parts, advanced welding skills required during assembly, and production management ability to assemble from a large number of parts. We are constantly improving to achieve the highest quality standards.
■Welding technology that shows craftsmanship
In the manufacturing process of vacuum equipment, we pay careful attention to welding points that require reinforcement. In particular, a high level of welding technology is required for so-called "difficult to weld" metals such as titanium, tantalum, and molybdenum. Our skilled welders use our own in-house welding jigs to carefully finish each piece one by one. A glove box is a device that suppresses the amount of air inside the box to the absolute minimum by filling it with inert gas. At our company, we respond to a wide range of needs by responding to various situations such as laboratory use and industrial use. It is compatible with highly toxic equipment and is operated through gloves.
