About This Product

This model is compact and has even higher rigidity by using an outer rail type guide. Contributes to space saving of equipment by reducing the size of the actuator. In addition, it can be equipped with a battery-less absolute encoder that retains position information even during an emergency stop, eliminating the need to return to the origin. For maintenance, all greasing is done from the grease port on the side of the main unit, and the main unit can be installed from both the top and bottom, greatly improving maintainability. Furthermore, when connected to the ECMG series multi-axis controller, the basic performance of the actuator has been significantly improved.

When connected to the multi-axis controller ECMG series, the basic performance of the actuator is significantly improved. The payload per speed is up to 5 times higher than conventional models, and the maximum speed is up to 2 times higher. *When connected to multi-axis controller ECMG series

■Equipment is more space-saving]

The outer rail system with a wide guide integrated with the body handles the load. Achieves high rigidity in a compact size, contributing to space saving of equipment by reducing the size of the actuator.

■Reducing equipment downtime

An absolute encoder that retains position information is realized without a battery. No need to return to origin or origin sensor when power is turned on. Early recovery is possible even after an emergency stop. In addition, since it is battery-less, there is no need for encoder battery replacement maintenance.

■Easy maintenance

Equipped with grease ports on both sides of the main unit that allow direct lubrication from the outside. Ball screws and guides can be maintained by supplying grease from one location. Can be used for a longer period with regular maintenance.

■Reduction of main body installation man-hours

Can be installed directly from both the top and bottom without removing the cover. Achieves a significant reduction in work time, especially when installing from the top.

■Expansion of options

With a common body, it is also compatible with motorless specifications (servo motor). More advanced control is achieved with the same dimensions using the motor that customers are familiar with.
