About This Product

A single flow rate sensor that can handle 5 types of gas: air, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and mixed gas.

■Environmental resistance specification (IP65) added

- Added protection structure IP65 type that can be used safely even in dusty environments or when exposed to water during maintenance or cleaning. ・Compatible with the European Explosion Protection Directive (ATEX) as an option.

■Stainless steel body type

・Flow rate range: Expanded up to 1000ℓ. -One unit can handle 5 types of gas: air, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and mixed gas. ・A model exclusively for oxygen is also available (oil-free specification). ・You can choose from two types of fittings: JXR fitting type, double-bite fitting type, and screw-in type. - Integrated needle type contributes to further space saving.

■Resin body type

-One unit can handle 5 types of gas: air, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and mixed gas. - You can select the fitting from four types: one-touch elbow, one-touch straight, screw-in elbow, and screw-in straight. ・A 2-port valve can be connected directly, contributing to further space savings. - Integrated needle type contributes to further space saving.

■High precision and high response

・Reduced pressure loss by up to 50% compared to conventional products by redesigning the flow path. ・Flow direction can be arbitrarily set from three directions: forward, bidirectional, and reverse. ・Response time: 50msec

■Automate the entire factory with IO-Link

- Compatible with IO-Link, allowing transmission of parameters and event data, enabling predictive maintenance. - Ideal for leak inspection and air consumption management.
