About This Product

A blind nut that allows you to easily attach female threads to thin metal plates, resin materials, etc. that cannot be directly tapped.

A tool called a nutter is inserted into the prepared hole in the base material thin plate and swaged. Unlike burring processing using welded nuts or sheet metal, this process does not require large-scale equipment and can be easily performed even by beginners. Since you can quickly install and fasten female threads by performing construction work from one side only, it is useful for materials that cannot be welded, closed cross sections where it is impossible to access the back side, and for repairs and DIY. The open type with an unclosed tip allows you to freely select the screw length. Since it can be installed after surface treatment without damaging the base material, it can be installed during the final process of product assembly. It is suitable for automating assembly lines and is effective in reducing total costs by simplifying the assembly process and reducing time.

There is also a ``small flange type'' with a smaller head flange, and a ``shield type'' that has a bag-like shape on the screw side that prevents oil and water from passing through.
