About This Product

Spiral ducts are made by winding 0.5t to 1.6t strip coils into a spiral shape while fixing them, forming a circular straight pipe. It is characterized by its light weight and high strength, making it possible to reduce total costs compared to general round ducts. We have a wide range of sizes available, and we can manufacture sizes from Φ75 to Φ2,000 at our own factory.

■Spiral duct conforms to the specifications of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

The product material is mainly galvanized iron plate, and the standard product uses JISG 3302 galvanized iron plate, and the specifications comply with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism specifications. In addition to this, we also offer spiral ducts made of stainless steel (SUS304 2B), envi-lined steel plates, etc.

■Spiral ducts are used for a wide range of purposes.

・Duct for air conditioning, dust removal, and deodorization equipment ・General air transport pipes, ventilation pipes for coal mine faces, tunnel supply and exhaust pipes, temporary water pipes ・Architectural structural materials and temporary materials For drainage holes in concrete structures and for maintaining open spaces. ・Chimney・Gutter・Dust chute

■Spiral duct is easy to connect.

- Insertion fitting method: This is the easiest and cheapest method to connect. Apply adhesive to the insertion part of the nipple, insert it into the straight pipe, and secure it using 2 to 4 iron plate screws. Additionally, wrap duct tape two or three times to prevent air leakage. ・Flange joint method: Flange collar type, spiral duct bending type
